Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The deposit amount will be confirmed during the booking process and will be deducted from your final balance.
Please note:
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes made by the customer.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the agreed date of the journey.
• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit.
(If you have booked a return trip a full payment is required on the day of the first pick up)
