Health, Safety and Vehicle Damage
All passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion, in accordance with UK road safety laws. European Travel accepts no responsibility for injuries caused due to failure to comply with safety regulations.
Passengers must not distract the driver or engage in any behaviour that may compromise the safety of the journey. The driver reserves the right to refuse travel to anyone acting in a disorderly or unsafe manner.
Any damage caused to the vehicle—whether intentional or through negligence—will be the responsibility of the individual or group who made the booking. Charges may apply for cleaning, repair, or loss of service due to damage.
European Travel takes every measure to ensure all vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and fully insured. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
No alcoholic drinks of any kind (including but not limited to beer, wine, spirits, and pre-mixed alcoholic beverages) may be consumed by any person while on board the minibus.
Open containers of alcohol are not permitted inside the minibus. Any alcoholic beverages being transported must be securely sealed and stored appropriately (e.g., in luggage in the designated storage area), and are not to be accessed during the journey.
No person who is visibly or reasonably suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will be permitted to board or remain on the minibus.
Any individual found to be in violation of this No Alcohol Policy may face the following consequences:
Refusal of entry onto the minibus.
Request to disembark the minibus immediately at a safe location.
In the event of disruptive behaviour due to alcohol, the journey may be terminated early.

This includes the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other substance that produces smoke or vapor.
